Who designs your products?

Emily hand paints and designs all of our products in our studio located in Monmouthshire, South Wales.

Where are they made?

All our products are made in the UK by our hand picked manufacturers and are designed to last.  We love to work with other small and family businesses who share the same values.

Out of stock products/help with ordering

Please get in touch by emailing emilyhackertextiles@gmail.com if you have any issues ordering.  For any out of stock items please let us know which product you are interested in, we can then notify you when it is back in stock.  Our stockists are listed here.

We offer free UK delivery for orders over £75.00.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Of course!  Just let us know what you would like to add in the order special instructions box at checkout, if you want to order a card with your gift we can write that for you too!

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days, and sent second class as standard. If you require quicker delivery please contact us on emilyhackertextiles@gmail.com or use the contact page.

Packaging

All our packaging is eco-friendly.  Your items will be packaged in either a compostable/paper bag, or tissue paper for protection and delivered in recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging.

Can I review your products?

At present we would ask for any reviews to be emailed to us whilst we continue to build our new website.

Do you ship internationally?

We shipped to the UK only at this time.  We have more shipping options through our Etsy store, however due to the new GSPR legislation we have suspended shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland, we hope to recommence shipping here soon.
